Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Where applicable and available for the purchased products, an LOA may be provided to eligible wholesale customers after the wholesale order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
The LOA may be used by the customer as supporting documentation for marketplace verification, seller applications, or other legitimate business purposes where such documentation is requested.
Marketplace Documentation
For eligible wholesale orders, customers may receive applicable supporting documents such as:
  • Paid Wholesale Invoice
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA), where applicable
  • Wholesale order documentation
  • Relevant brand or product documentation, where available
Customers may use these documents when responding to documentation requests from marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart.
Please note that marketplace approval, ungating, listing approval, or seller approval is ultimately determined by the respective marketplace. Providing documentation does not guarantee approval by Amazon, Walmart, or any other third-party platform.
Partnership Requirements
To maintain a professional wholesale network, customers may be required to provide valid business information and complete our wholesale account verification process.
Wholesale documentation is provided in connection with legitimate wholesale purchases and is not issued for unpaid, cancelled, or speculative orders.
